The Student Choir just completed their 2008 Summer Choir Tour that extended from May 28 -June 1, 2008. A total of 30 singers went on tour, with stops in the Collins, Jackson, and Vicksburg, MS areas, Shreveport and Bossier City, LA areas, and the Dallas area, including a concert on the Carousel Stage at Six Flags over Texas. 31 singers presented a HOME CONCERT to a wonderful congregation on Sunday night, June 1, here at Calvary Baptist Church.
This choir will resume in August, with the excitement of adding many new faces, including those of our upcoming 7th Graders.
Come and join us! We look forward to having a super group!!!
